Inside Sales / Tele Sales Person for India - Mumbai

VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a 3600 Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.

We are currently looking for Inside Sales / Tele Sales Person to support sales and marketing activities by generating leads and opportunities for new business.
Responsibilities:

•Must have at least 1.5 plus years’ experience .
•Generating new business through telemarketing efforts and relationship building.
•Self-starter with ability to articulate a clear message and drive opportunities for our salespeople.
•Participate in sales efforts including marketing activities (electronic email and hard copy campaigns), in-house sales meetings and efforts to assist in all aspects of lead generation
•Follow-up on scheduled calls with prospects being nurtured and work with Sales people to schedule meetings.
•Accurately and efficiently process customer lists, including updating contact information, SIC codes, status of existing software and prebuilt questionnaires.
•Promote the company and its offerings to the markets we target.
•Establish and maintain new relationships with prospective clients while promoting our solutions.
•Assist in acquisition, analysis and utilization of customer lists.
•Work closely with our partner, SAP, to optimize usage of SAP marketing programs, tools and campaigns.

Qualifications:

•Strong and engaging interpersonal communication skills
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high transaction environment
•Prior experience in telemarketing or ERP software sales a plus but not required.
•Demonstrated history of achieving call volume quota and engagement success.
•Experience using Outlook email, internet browser, and basic word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office) required.
