The department of e-registration is also contemplating the application process. To access the software, the developers will have to reach the joint district registrar first. This process will lead to more and more registrations and will also ensure more staff members to speed-up online registrations of the documents.

Buyers who are planning to register properties in October will no longer have to charge middle men and there will be no involvement of middlemen which will save time and money of the property owners. Earlier property registration was given the long waiting period time and huge amount of money charged by middle men.
