INVENTUM Mobile Hydraulic Press Series-'HIPR-100/70' is a specially designed mounting and removal equipment for Cartridge Type Taper Roller Bearing Units (CTRBUs) used on Class' E' Axle Journal (6'x11') rolling stock of Indian Railways. This unit is a double-acting Jack Type (Horizontal) Electric Hydraulic Puller cum installer with a pulling (dismantling) force of 100 tons and a mounting force of up to 70 tons. This equipment is similar to the' HIPR 100/70' model in design and construction but is integrated with a 500 bar capacity indigenous hydraulic power pack with 3 positions 4 directional flow control valve operated by hand. This Mobile Hydraulic Press can also be evocatively used for mounting and dismounting of many types of bearings and many other torque transmitting components
