Future Supply Chain is the best Logistics Company in India which provides the great service for a good coverage across India through their courier partners. The rates are decent for our volumes and the automation software is improving over time. The team has good people, acknowledges the challenges and are quite responsive. However, there is room for improvement. In spite of claims of transit insurance, most courier companies have impractical criteria to reimburse for damaged items(inspite of good packaging). They require recipient to open the package in front of delivery personnel, check for damages before accepting the package and report it during delivery. The problem is that most people are at office during the day and have someone else receive the items. In few instances even if you personally receive them, I've seen courier personnel unwilling to wait for you to open and check the package. In all these cases, Future Supply Chain tends to act as a middle man and pass the buck/losses to us instead of taking responsibility as a solution provider. These undelivered orders and damaged deliveries are big dent to your brand and customer experience especially when these orders are gifts for special occasions (replacements/reimbursements will not entirely solve that problem). This is a huge area of improvement for them and other service providers.
