Job Description:
1.Working as a part of team need to receive complaints from US buyers, to solve their query efficiently. Will have to process the orders in a timely manner and with accuracy.
2.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
3.Handle and resolve customer complaints
4.Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints deal directly with customers through mails, updating records for action taken
