MNC involved in E – Commerce hiring Project Manager - IT for their expansion plans.
Experience : 3 – 4 years as a Project Lead
Skills required: Excellent Technical knowledge in PHP, JAVA, .NET, MY-SQL, MS-SQL, WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. Must have excellent programming knowledge and software development skills.
Job Description:
1.To manage more than one project at a time. He / she should see to it that all the projects under his / her supervision are going on smoothly.
2.Responsible to look after every detail of the project. He / she have to state the purpose of the whole project and assign the team members specific roles.
3.Involved in developing and maintaining cordial relationships with clients and team members. Should act as a link between both the parties. Should conduct regular meetings with team members to know the status of the project and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results. Needs to prepare and present project reports on a regular basis.
4.To supervise whether the team members are working efficiently.
5.Should conduct a meeting with the team to evaluate the whole project and to discuss the results, after the project completion.
Salary will not be an issue for the right candidate.
