Job Designation: "Collection Executive"
Job Timings: (Shift –9:30 AM to 6:30 PM), Sun Off
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (It's 6 days working) (only female Candidate can apply)
Experience required: 0.6 to 4 Years.
Location: Nariman point (Mumbai).
Salary Range: Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.

Job Responsibility:
-Visiting customer in field and, Assist in coordinating and executing the timely and accurate collection of customers accounts, including calling up customers for payment.
- Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone in order to solicit payment.
- Monitor work progress and collection processes, handle and investigate cases for efficient debt recovery
- Handle enquiries from customers/associates on payment issues and outstanding balances.
- Compiling status and management report
- Maintaining in-house credit control system.
- Ensuring prompt administration of credit collection policies and procedures.
- Preparing MIS Reports & updating the same.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

- Candidate should possess Good Communication skills.
- Candidates will have to have a daily interaction with the clients, agency, court of law etc in order to collect the payments and solve any issue faced by them, within TAT
