Syllabus: Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Floor aerobics, jump aerobics, step aerobics, Swissball trg, Abs training, Toning exercises, weight loss program etc.
Study Materials : Colored Manual, Human Body VCD, Aerobics and other Training DVDs.
Duration : 4 months. (Every Saturdays and Sundays)
Fees : Rs.12000
Qualification : 10th pass.
