Would you like to work for a world leader in innovative and reliable solutions for merchant marine, offshore, sub-sea, navy, coastal marine, fisheries, simulation & training, port & harbour surveillance and more? To lead their R&D software department that is based in Mumbai, I am looking for an R&D Software Manager to manage a team of 15 software developers (the team will be developing software in C/C much of this will be Embedded software). The successful candidate will need a proven track record of management within an R&D environment.
Role & Requirements:
The Software Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
day to day management
ensuring that targets are met
hiring of staff
project co-ordination
definition of tasks
