The BT-3000-G Inline Thermal Mass Flow Meter uses advanced MEMS sensor technology for high accuracy and sensitivity in a compact design. Available in both integral and remote models, it features a 16x2 OLED display for real-time flow and totalizer data, along with 4-20mA and RS485 (Modbus) outputs for seamless communication. The transmitter operates on 24 VDC and comes in a flameproof, weatherproof aluminum enclosure (PESO approved) for safe use in hazardous areas.
The inline design ensures stable gas flow through a flange-connected SS316 chamber, suitable for pipe sizes from ½” to 4” with ANSI, DIN, and JIS flange options. Ideal for measuring clean gases like compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, and natural gas, it delivers direct mass flow measurement with high accuracy, fast response, and negligible pressure drop.
