ZEDO Inc, is a US-based online ad serving solutions provider is hiring freshers for the Customer Support Representative position. Candidates who have recently graduated from any stream, BUT preferably BSc IT. Also knowledge of computers preferably software like JAVA & HTML would be an added advantage.



Responsibilities

· Handle incoming support cases via chat/email/phone. Interact with customers.

· Provide 1st level response to all incoming support cases, resolving less complicated cases, organizing details for more complex cases that require escalation to a Sr. CSR & providing quality, timely updates to customers.

· Collect & organize enhancement requests to initiate the development of new features.



Skills Required ­­

· Should have at least 6 months of experience in International Call Centre Exp

· Should have strong analytical and customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills, with strong vocabulary, sentence construction, reading comprehension and grammar.

· Strong working knowledge of computers with ability to multi-task

· Ability to make decisions and develop confidence to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary.
